Gold medal in EcoVadis's ESG evaluation
EcoVadis is a platform that evaluates corporate sustainable management activities, including environmental, labor and human rights, ethics, and sustainable procurement, and evaluates approximately 100,000 companies worldwide.
KCC GLASS won a gold medal in 2023 with a rating score of the top 5% among companies in the industry.
Grade AA in Sustinvest’s ESG evaluation
Sustinvest, an ESG evaluation and investment advisory institution for pension fund and institutional investors, provides ESG evaluation on around 1000 listed companies in Korea every year.
KCC GLASS received grade AA in ESG evaluation in the second half of 2023, maintaining its highest rating for the second consecutive year.
Certified as Family-Friendly Company
Family-Friendly Certification is a system to provide certification through evaluation on the corporations or public organizations that exemplarily have operated family-friendly system.
KCC GLASS certified as ‘Excellent Family-Friendly Company’ by the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family since 2021 for its system on childbirth and childcare support, flex time and family-friendly work environment.
Participation of Initiatives
Joined UN Global Compact
The UN Global Compact is an international pact adopted by then UN Secretary-General Kofi Annan to promote corporate social responsibilities. In business activities, it states ten principles in the area of human rights, labor, the environment and anti-corruption.
KCC GLASS is actively participating to achieve Sustainable Development Goals by internalizing UNGC’s ten principles to its business activities.
Participation in Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP)
Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP) is an international initiative that requires the disclosure of environmental information to global companies and analyzes the information for investors and financial institutions.
KCC GLASS disclosed its environmental information on climate change and water resources in 2021.
