Personal Data Collection and Use
KCC GLASS Corporation (hereinafter the “Company”) requires your consent to the collection of your personal data to process your requests in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act and the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network.
The Company collects only personal data which is appropriate and relevant and does not use it for any purposes other than those set out below.

- Personal data subject to collection: name, email address, message
- Purpose of collection and use: process inquiries and requests and provide information on service improvement and changes
- Period of Retention and Use
- Article 6 of the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc. and Article 6 of the Enforcement Decree of the said act applies to the retention of the personal data.
- Consumer complaints and dispute resolution: 3 years
However, all personal data will be destroyed immediately upon request by its owner.

- Personal Data Destruction Procedure and Method
- Procedure: personal data entered by users are destroyed after a specified retention period under the internal policies (refer to the Period of Retention and Use).
- Method: electronic files are deleted beyond recovery.
- Users may refuse to accept these terms. However, in this case, their inquiries cannot be submitted.
