Fair Trade

As a company that has grown on the basis of customer trust, KCC GLASS Corporation fully recognizes that strengthening our corporate network for sustainability management is equal to strengthening our corporate competitiveness. KCC GLASS Corporation and our partners must grow together and compete to survive in the global market, and ultimately become globally competitive.

Furthermore, creating a fair trade environment in which our partners can perform their best and receive fair treatment is the first step for both KCC GLASS Corporation and our suppliers to be globally competitive.

In this regard, KCC GLASS Corporation will conduct seminars and training programs to enhance the competitiveness of our partners, through which we will further strengthen our network of partners. In this context, KCC GLASS Corporation has introduced the Fair Trade Compliance Program in January 2020.

By fulfilling our corporate social responsibilities and complying with relevant laws through this compliance program, we will establish a culture of fair trade and order in the industry, as well as build a fair society.

What is a Compliance Program?

A compliance program is an internal compliance system, including training and oversight, implemented by businesses to ensure voluntary compliance with fair trade laws and regulations. Businesses in the U.S. and the E.U. had already adopted compliance programs before they were introduced in Korea in 2001 and now implemented in over 500 companies nationwide. KCC GLASS Corporation first introduced a compliance program in January 2020 to declare its commitment to compliance both internally and to outside parties.
